Upward Bound is a program that prepares students for college. Goals include:

• Empowering socially and economically challenged students to successfully graduate from high school.
• Aiding students and families in the college admissions process.
• Motivating students to enroll and graduate from an institution of postsecondary education.
• Enriching students’ lives academically, socially, and culturally.
