From South Hill, VA 
Take Hwy. 58 East across I-95 at Emporia to Franklin, VA. In Franklin, take Hwy. 258 South to Murfreesboro, NC. 

From I-85 South & I-40 West 
Take I-40 towards Chapel Hill at the I-85/I-40 split. Follow I-40 to I-540 (Exit 283). Travel on I-540 to the end at Hwy 64. Take Hwy 64 East towards Rocky Mount. At Rocky Mount exit onto I-95 North. Travel to exit 173/Roanoke Rapids, NC. Follow Hwy. 158 East to Murfreesboro, NC. 

From Norfolk International Airport/Hampton Roads 
Take I-64 East until it merges with Hwy. 58 West. Follow Hwy. 58 West to Franklin, VA. In Franklin, take Hwy. 258 South to Murfreesboro, NC.
