Upward Bound is a program that prepares students for college. Goals include: Empowering socially and economically challenged students to successfully graduate from high school. Aiding students and families in the college admissions process. Motivating students to enroll and graduate from an institution of postsecondary education. Enriching students’ lives academically, socially, and culturally.
