Chowan University Welcomes Jeffrey Loudin as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment
Chowan University is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Loudin as the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment. With his extensive experience in the hospitality industry and his passion for staff development, Loudin is poised to make a significant impact on the enrollment management processes at Chowan.
Originally from Elkins, WV, Loudin earned a double major while at Fairmont State University in general business and marketing. Prior to joining Chowan, he served as a general manager for Kriya Hotels Management, where he was honored as General Manager of the Year and received multiple Awards of Excellence. His outstanding earnings and satisfaction results are a testament to his dedication and expertise.
Loudin’s depth of knowledge in hospitality standards and guest services will be invaluable in enhancing Chowan’s enrollment management strategies. His focus on staff development and training, quality assurance, forecasting, and data assessment will contribute to the university’s continued growth and success.

Loudin and his wife, Melody, will be joining the Chowan family along with their three “four-legged children” Atlas, Xena, and Athena. They also have two sons, Blake and Carter. Blake resides in New Zealand with his wife Jessica, while Carter is pursuing his dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot.
