CU Women’s Golf Tabs Three on Academic All-Conference
Conference Carolinas is proud to announce the 2019 Women's Golf Academic All-Conference Teams. Chowan tabbed three Women's Golf student-athletes on the list this year.
Gaby Rivera-Garcia, Inecia Rolle, and L'leah Laing were named Academic All-Conference for Chowan Women's Golf.
The mission of Conference Carolinas is to provide athletic experiences that complement and enhance every aspect of student growth. These Hawks earned Academic All-Conference by maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale. GPA is calculated based on the student-athlete's cumulative average through the previous semester, and each student-athlete must have attended their member institution for at least one academic year. Academic All-Conference Teams are comprised of juniors and seniors who play in one of Conference Carolina's twenty-one sponsored sports.
Each year the Academic All-Conference Teams are released as part of the championship season. The Conference Carolinas Women's Golf Championships will begin this Sunday, April 7 at Cateechee Golf Club in Hartwell, Ga. and will be co-hosted by Emmanuel College, Erskine College, and Southern Wesleyan University.
