CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association announced on Wednesday CIAA Volleyball Players and Coach of the Week for Week Nine of the 2017 season.

Karisa Patterson notched the program's first ever triple-double in a four set battle against St. Andrews at home.  The senior led the team with 11 kills, as well as, dished out 37 assists and tallied 17 digs.

Patterson and the Hawks will return to action on Monday, November 6 to face Virginia State in what could be the determining match of the CIAA Northern Division Title.
