MURFREESBORO, NC – The Chowan University men's lacrosse program will make their inaugural season debut on Saturday, February 11th, with a road game at Saint Leo University in Florida. Match time is set for 1:00pm in Tampa. 

Saint Leo will be providing live coverage for the event via live stream video and live stats. Fans can log on to the athletics website at gocuhawks.com and find the GAME DAY CENTRAL link for live coverage on game day. 

The Hawks are led by Head Coach Jim Griffin, who has collegiate head coaching experience at both York College (PA) and Post University (CT). He had a solid lacrosse playing career at  the Community College of Baltimore City Essex and NCAA D2 national perennial powerhouse, Limestone College. 

The Hawks have a blend of both transfer student-athletes and freshmen who will help lead the squad into action this Saturday. CLICK HERE to see the 2017 Men's Lacrosse Roster. 

Following this Saturday's match at Saint Leo, the Hawks will travel to Coker College  on February 18th and then make their home season debut on Saturday, February 25thagainst Catawba College.
