Honors College Inducts New Members

The newest class of Honors College students at Chowan University were formally inducted on Sunday, September 20th during a special ceremony in Vaughan Auditorium. Keith Reich, Assistant Professor of Religion and Chair of the Department of Religion, served as the keynote Chowan University’s Honors College is a curriculum designed for talented and extremely motivated students who want to gain the most from their college experience. Honors courses are specially designed to develop students’ writing and discussion skills and their ability to think critically beyond the norm. Honors College students have the opportunity to attend cultural events, take field trips and build social responsibility through community service.
