Chowan Set to Host Annual Graphics Summer Camp
Chowan University’s department of Communication Arts will be hosting the annual Graphics Summer Camp starting Sunday, June 13, 2021, until June 18, 2021. This exciting graphics experience invites high school juniors and seniors to spend a week on campus, taking classes in Chowan’s Horner Graphics Center. Students will learn various aspects of graphic communications including graphic design, photography, structural design, screen printing, offset printing, and digital printing.
Our guests will get to sample a taste of the university experience by living in residence halls and attending classes regularly with a special day reserved for an exciting field trip. The total cost of the camp is $150.00 which includes all expenses for the week except any spending money students may want for the field trip. COVID-19 safety guidelines, including the required face mask, are expected to remain in place. Additionally, students may be asked to complete a health check each morning. Additional details will be provided to accepted applicants as the camp draws closer. Please apply online via the provided Google Form and seek additional information on our Graphic Communications webpage.
