Chowan University continues to waive admission test requirements through Fall 2021
During these challenging times, we want to ensure that all qualified applicants have the opportunity to be considered for admission. In response, the Chowan University Office of Admissions will continue to waive test requirements through Fall 2021 admission consideration. This means students are encouraged to submit test scores if they have them, but applications without test scores will be considered for admission. This is effective immediately and available to domestic and international students. Students must remember NCAA has its own guidelines for student-athletes to which they must adhere.
"Chowan University, like many other institutions, decided to shift classes to a temporary virtual format through the remainder of the spring 2020 semester in order to keep our students, faculty, and staff members safe. We are making adjustments to the fall 2020 semester to support health and encourage learning on campus. In preparation for the fall, the University has made and will continue to make, a variety of changes to campus facilities to assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in staying healthy and practicing social distancing" shared Dr. Kirk Peterson, President. "We feel confident these actions will prepare us to provide a true on-campus living and learning experience for the fall and for next year's class."
Students can apply online for free at chowan.edu/apply.
