Calvin Bowe, a senior criminal justice major, is a quiet leader who has a very, very bright future in the field of law enforcement.
When Calvin began his Chowan career, he decided quickly that participation in the life of the university would play a central role in his college experience. From there, he became a leader in the Criminal Justice Club, the Alpha Chi Honor Society, and the Honors College Student Association. In addition, President M. Christopher White appointed him a presidential ambassador.
Danny Moore, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, said, “Calvin quietly and effectively has made Chowan a better place, much better than it would otherwise be.”
