MURFREESBORO- Chowan University Head Football Coach Tim Place will be featured on two radio shows this week.  Place will recap Chowan's 14-13 road win over Fayetteville State University and will give insight on the remainder of the 2016 season on The Batchelor Pad (Wednesday) and Talkin' Sports with Gattis Hodges (Thursday). 

Chowan's road win over the Broncos handed the Hawks a 4-3 edge in the series against Fayetteville State.  The Hawks have won the past three consecutive match-ups against the Broncos. 

Place will appear on The Batchelor Pad Show on Wednesday at 7:30pm as well as Talkin' Sports with Gattis Hodges on Thursday at 5pm.  The Batchelor Pad Show, airing from6pm-8pm, can be accessed HERE. 

Fans can tune in to Talkin' Sports with Gattis Hodges on Thursday evening at 5pm.  The show can be heard on WDLZ 98.3 in Murfreesboro, WTRG 97.9, and WSMY 1400 CBS Sports Radio in Roanoke Rapids.  Fans can also listen in online at www.thegreat98fm.com. 

Chowan returns to action on September 10th as the Hawks play host to Campbell University.  Kick-off for the home opener is set for 6pm.
