Chowan Creates Marketing and Brand Management Committee
This is a time of great momentum at Chowan University. Coupled with a growing enrollment and an extreme since of pride permeating the campus, the University has decided this is an ideal time to launch a Marketing and Brand Committee, a committee with representation from Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, Development, Athletics, and Academic Affairs. “We are growing in so many positive ways,” said Danny Moore, Provost, “and as we grow we’re looking at all aspects of the Chowan experience, which includes telling our story through images and words in a compelling and consistent way and in a way that ‘expresses continuity in vision and voice in all that we do.’” The function of the committee is to approve the use of the University’s name, logo (and alternative logos), seal, mascot, Columns building, and tagline. The use of the above applies to goods, products, social media, email, special events, posters, publications, letterhead, business cards, etc.
