Job Submission & Approval Process

To submit a job for print:

  1. Plan ahead!
    • Print-ready files that don’t require proofs are usually ready for pickup in 1-5 days after the estimate is signed, depending on quantity needed and total job volume.
    • Jobs that require design assistance or proofs should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the due date.
  2. Complete the Print Job Submission Form.
    • Include all pertinent job information: Quantity, paper type, binding/folding requirements, etc.
  3. Signed requisitions are no longer required for internal print jobs.

To approve a job for print:

  1. Once a job is submitted you will receive an estimate by email through Adobe Sign (usually within 1 business day).
  2. The job submitter and approved purchaser for your department must electronically sign the estimate.
  3. After the estimate is signed, the job will be moved into the production queue (pending approval of proofs).
  4. You will be notified by email when your job is ready to be picked up.
