Dr. Julie Parker is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Chowan University. She earned her PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Consciousness and Spirituality from Saybrook University, San Francisco; Masters in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, Pleasant Hill, California, and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Meredith College, Raleigh. She specializes in graphite drawing and oil painting. Her style is mostly representational. Nature, animals, and human portraits are her preferred subject matter.
