It’s Almost Here!

We’re excited to help you prepare for graduation! Passport to Graduation is your guide to completing all the important steps required before commencement.

Pick up your Passport to Graduation from the Registrar’s Office. Complete each required checkpoint, receive your passport stamps from the appropriate departments, and return your completed passport to the Registrar’s Office by April 1.

Students who submit their completed passport by the deadline will be eligible for prizes. All required checkpoints must be completed to qualify.

  • Complete the Graduation Application form

✔ Receive your passport stamp from the Registrars Office

Your feedback matters. The Senior Survey helps the University assess academic programs and improve the student experience for future Hawks.

  • Complete the Senior Survey

✔ Get stamped from the Registrar’s Office after submitting your completed survey.

All graduating students must pay the Graduation Fee, which covers commencement-related expenses, diploma processing, and administrative costs.

What to Do:

  • Check your student account balance

  • Pay the Graduation Fee through the Business Office

  • Confirm your account is cleared

✔ Passport stamp provided by the Business Office once your fee has been paid.

Celebrate your accomplishments at the Senior Banquet! This special event honors graduating students and recognizes your time at Chowan.

  • Submit your RSVP by the posted deadline

  • Review guest policies (if applicable)

  • Watch your email for event details

✔ Get stamped by the Development Office after completing your RSVP.
