One of my favorite things about the opportunity to work at Chowan University is watching the “magic.” This “magic” occurs as students grow and change into people who will shape the future of our world. Despite my knowing that a student’s 4 years of hard work and, very often, late night study, culminate with graduation and hence the proffering of teary goodbyes, the process never fails to surprise and delight
