Jordan P. Gainous is a notable alumni of Chowan University, recognized not only for his service to our country but also for the impressive accomplishments he has achieved throughout his life. His dedication to education, service, and professional growth shines through, from his time at Chowan University to his military service and current role in logistics and project management. Jordan’s journey serves as an example of commitment and hard work.
Jordan graduated from Chowan University in 2014 with an AA in Printing, Production & Imaging Technology and a BS in Graphic Communications. After completing his degrees, he went on to earn a Master’s in Business Management & Leadership from Liberty University in 2016. He will also receive a Master’s in Transportation & Logistics Management from American Military University in May.
Jordan served in the U.S. Army from 2018 to 2022 as an Automated Logistics Specialist. He was responsible for managing logistics policies for the Department of Defense and supporting military operations worldwide. In 2020, he served as the Travel Liaison NCOIC at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait and Afghanistan, coordinating travel and logistics for military personnel.
Jordan now works as an F-35 Site Activation Analyst in Arlington, VA, helping to manage logistics and sustainment planning for the F-35 program. He oversees scheduling, resource allocation, and financial reconciliation, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
In addition to his career, Jordan is the CEO and owner of Nobile Fitness. He stays involved in his community through Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and the NAACP, emphasizing service and leadership.
Jordan is also an author, having written Keeping It Moving and Finding My Purpose, One Day At A Time, books in which he shares his experiences and insights on personal growth and resilience.Jordan’s accomplishments reflect the values of Chowan University, and his continued success as a notable alumni is a testament to his dedication.
