Volleyball Falls to NC Wesleyan

MURFREESBORO - The volleyball team fell to 2-10 on the season after losing to North Carolina Wesleyan College in straight games tonight, 30-17, 30-22, and 30-16. The Bishops out hit the Hawks 40 to 20 and recorded 12 service aces in the match. 

Chowan's Jazmim Orozco paced the team with 11 kills and 2 solo blocks. Christina Eteuati had 10 digs and 4 kills while Whitney Perry tallied 18 assists. Chowan will travel to Peace College tomorrow night for a 6:00pm match. They will return to the Helms Center on October 18th when they host St. Paul's College at 6:00pm.
