Teacher Education FacultyPosition
Chowan University invites applications for three tenure-track positions in its rapidly growing School of Education. Rank is dependent upon experience. A successful candidate will teach education courses in a traditional mode and online as well as advising and supervising undergraduate and graduate students. Additional responsibilities include curriculum design, assessment, and research. An earned doctorate in education, educational leadership, elementary education, gifted education, curriculum design and instruction, assessment, or related field is required. Experience as a public school teacher is a plus. Candidates must be committed to undergraduate and graduate teaching, advising, and the mission of a Christian university.

Chowan University is a graduate, coeducational, residential, church-related university located on a beautiful campus in northeastern North Carolina in the historic town of Murfreesboro.
