Education:
Ralph J Brabban II received his Bachelor of Music degree from West Virginia University. He received his Masters of Divinity and his Master of Theology in Old Testament from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biblical Studies from Baylor University. Ralph J Brabban II came to work at Chowan University in 2000.

Education:
Paul Robert Gilliam III earned both a B.A. in Communication Studies and a M.Div. in Pastoral Studies with New Testament emphasis from Gardner-Webb University. He also received his M.A. in Religious Studies with Christian Origins emphasis at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (Thesis: The Gospel of Mark and the Gospel of John: Complementary Christological Compositions). Trey earned his Ph.D. in Patristics (early church history) at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Paul R. Gilliam III came to work at Chowan University in 2011.

Jill Awuni received her Bachelors of Theology in Missions from International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague, Czech Republic. She earned both her Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling/Studies and her Masters of Business Administration in Business Law and Ethics from Gardner-Webb University. Jill Awuni came to work with Chowan in 2005.
